Congratulations to the following South Park Table Tennis Club members on their awards for the 2008-2009 winter season.

Club President Gary Egri wishes to thank everyone for another successful season and reminds us that the Summer Season starts the first Tuesday in May and runs through the last Tuesday in August.

The next Winter Season begins the first Tuesday of September and runs through the last Tuesday of April 2010.

Thanks to Sam Steiner for sending me some files and images to post here.

Results have now been procesed for the tournament and updated ratings are available at the USATT site.

Same included some pics of two of South Park TTC's finest in action.

Table Tennis News - South Park TTC news and results
The season ending SPTTC Handicap Tournament will be held Tuesday, April 28, at the Home Economics Building at South Park.  Awards will be presented at 6:30 pm, prior to the tournament and tournament play will start BEFORE 7:00 pm. (PLEASE ARRIVE BY 6:30).

Cash prizes will be awarded to the first four places ($40, $30, $20, $10). EVERYONE will be allowed to play BUT in order to qualify for the cash prizes:
(1) you must be a SPTTC club member,
(2) and have played at least 1/3 of the winter season (approx 11 times) to establish a credible handicap.

This type of tournament is time consuming and we will be late finishing. Please limit your practice time to two minutes maximum.

There will be FREE pizza, water, and soft drinks available starting at 6:30. Arrive on time and enjoy the food and refreshments.
